Vacation Property Maids gladly accepts All Major Credit Cards for payment, Zelle, Venmo or PopMoney: Payment for first-time customers is due in full prior to initial cleaning service. All late payments will incur a $15.00 late fee. After 7 days of the service provided we consider the late fee.

If it is necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, Vacation Property Maids merely requires a 24 hours notice. If Vacation Property Maids receives less than 24 hours notice, or can’t access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge the full price of your cleaning. Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. Please be sure to call in any termination of regularly scheduled cleanings.

We make every effort to send the same service provider’s every time. Occasionally there may be a change in service providers due to illness, days off, vacation or they may no longer work for Vacation Property Maids. Therefore, it is not possible for us to guarantee the same individual/team for each cleaning. In the event of such an occurrence, we will find a replacement.

If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 5 hours in advance, a $50 fee will apply  for a 1 bedroom apartment, $75 for two bedrooms and $100 for 3 or more, to cover cleaning crew time and gas for them.

Pet fee: $50 (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom), $75 (2 bedroom 2 bathroom), $100 (3 bedrooms+).

Prices vary from $30 to $150 extra depending on the condition of the property. Like extra dishes, extra laundry, extra cleaning (smoke smell or strong odors) or a very messy place (we will send photos of the messy place).

Waiting at the door for the guest:  $30 (20min to 1hr), 50$ for two cleaners (20min to 1hr).
