How do I book your services?
You can easily book online through our website or contact us directly via phone call or text message. We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit vards, ACH payments, please note 1 % will applied for ACH, and 3% processing fee applies for credit card payments, VENMO and PayPal.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 5 hours in advance will be charge 50% of the service fee.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
We strive to provide consistent service, but schedules may require changes. Rest assured, all team members are trained and background-checked.
Do you provide supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to complete the job.
Are there any extra fees?
Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or last-minute requests. We’ll communicate any extra charges upfront.
