How do I pay for my services?
Send your instant bank transfer through Zelle (zellepay.com), Venmo, PopMoney Check, or ACH (No processing fee)
Automated credit card payments are allowable by request and will incur a 3% processing fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
If it is necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, Vacation Property Maids merely requires a 24 hours notice. If Vacation Property Maids receives less than 24 hours’ notice, or can’t access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge the full price of your cleaning. Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. Please be sure to call in any termination of regularly scheduled cleanings.
Will I always have the same service provider?
We make every effort to send the same service provider every time. Occasionally there may be a change in service providers due to illness, days off, or vacation or they may no longer work for Vacation Property Maids. Therefore, it is not possible for us to guarantee the same individual/team for each cleaning. In the event of such an occurrence, we will find a replacement.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 5 hours in advance, a 50% fee will apply to cover cleaning crew time and gas for them.
Any extra fees? (pets, dirty place, etc)
Pet fee: $50 (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom), $75 (2 bedroom 2 bathroom), $100 (3 bedrooms+).
Prices vary from $30 to $150 extra depending on the condition of the property. Like extra dishes, extra laundry, spotless (smoke smell or strong odors), or a very messy place (we will send photos of the messy place).
Waiting at the door for the guest to check out: $30 (20 min to 1hr), $50 for two cleaners (20 min to 1hr).
