What services are included in a standard vacation property cleaning?
A standard vacation property cleaning includes dusting, cleaning bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms and kitchens, changing linens,making beds, taking out trash,vacuuming, mopping, and restocking supplies.
Do you provide deep cleaning services? If so, what does that include?
Yes, we offer deep cleaning services. This includes thorough cleaning top to bottom including all appliances inside and out, cleaning behind furniture (washing windows per request only) deep cleaning means detailed cleaning top to bottom.
How do you handle linens and towels?
We strip used linens and towels, replace them with fresh ones, and ensure all used items are laundered properly, even in the property of offsite. We can also manage an inventory of linens and towels if needed.
Do you supply your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, we bring our own cleaning products and professional-grade equipment. However, if you have specific products you prefer, we can use those as well.
Can you restock supplies like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels?
Absolutely, we can restock basic supplies as part of our service. We keep track of the inventory and ensure everything is fully stocked for the next guest, also you can order with Instacart and get delivered to the property while we are cleaning at no extra charge or we can go and purchase bulk supplies for the entire month.
Is the Vacation Property Maids team trained before coming to my rental experienced?
Yes, all team member are fully train and have experience before they are permitted to go on jobs by themselves
What are the payment options with Vacation Property Maids?
Send your instant bank transfer through ACH (No processing fee), Zelle (zellepay.com), Venmo, or Popmoney.
Automated credit card payments are allowable by request and will incur a 3% processing fee.
Do I need my own cleaning supplies at my vacation property rental?
No, but we recommend having your own vacuum, to avoid bugs from one house to another.

What is your availability?
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate check-in and check-out times. Our team is available seven days a week, including holidays.
How much notice do you need for a booking?
Ideally, we prefer at least 12 hours’ notice, but we can accommodate last-minute requests depending on our availability.
Can you accommodate same-day turnarounds?
Yes, we can handle same-day turnarounds to our actual customers to ensure the property is ready for new guests as quickly as possible.
Do you offer same-day vacation rental cleaning?
Yes, we can do your same-day vacation rental cleaning service with an extra fee of $75.
Are you insured?
Absolutely
How do you handle keys and access to the property?
We have secure procedures for handling keys, including coded lockboxes or secure key exchanges. We also respect any specific access instructions provided by property managers or owners.
How do you ensure the quality of your cleaning services?
We have a quality control process in place, including random inspections and checklists. Additionally, we encourage feedback from property owners to continuously improve our services.
What should I do if something is broken while your team is cleaning?
We hope it wont happen but if happen, the first thing we do reported to you and replace it.
We will be glad to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
What happens if my vacation rental cleaning falls on a statutory holiday?
We do clean even if it is a Holiday or Sunday!
Please note that a holiday fee of $50 will be applied for scheduling a vacation rental cleaning on a holiday date.
What happens if something is not cleaned to our satisfaction?
All our services are guaranteed. We do this because we make quality the priority.
Please call our office within 24 hrs if you are not 100% satisfied. The cleaning crew will go back to your home to correct the situation.
Can I have the same Vacation Property Maids team come to my home if I use your vacation rental cleaning service on a regular basis?
We make every effort to send the same service provider’s each time.
Occasionally there may be a change in service providers due to illness, days off, vacation, or they may no longer work for Vacation Property Maids.
Therefore, it is not possible for us to guarantee the same individual/team for each cleaning.
In the event of such an occurrence, we will find a replacement.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If a cleaning appointment is canceled with less than 5 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. This fee helps to compensate for the time and travel expenses of our cleaning crew.
What is the cancellation policy?
If it is necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, Vacation Property Maids merely requires a 5-hour notice. If Vacation Property Maids receives less than 5-hour notice, or can’t access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge 50% of the price of your cleaning. Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. Please be sure to call in any termination of regularly scheduled cleanings.
Any extra fees? (pets, dirty place, etc.)
Pet fee: $50 (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom), $75 (2 bedroom 2 bathroom), $100 (3 bedrooms), $125 – $150 (4+ bedrooms).
Extra Cleaning Fee
Prices vary from $30 to $150 extra depending on the condition of the property. Like extra dishes, extra laundry, extra cleaning (smoke smell or strong odors), or an untidy place (We will send photo evidence).
If the guest didn’t check out on time, there will be an extra fee:
1 cleaner: $30 (20 min to 1hr)
2 cleaners: $50 (20 min to 1hr).
