What services do you provide?

We specialize in vacation rental cleaning, including deep cleaning, turnover cleaning, Move in/Move out deep cleaninggarage cleaning and restocking essentials to keep your property guest-ready.

How do I book your services?

You can easily book online through our website or contact us directly via phone call or text message. We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

Do you provide deep cleaning services? If so, what does that include?

Yes, we offer deep cleaning services. This includes thorough cleaning  top to bottom including all appliances inside and out, cleaning behind furniture (washing windows per request only) deep cleaning means  detailed cleaning top to bottom.

How do you handle linens and towels?

We strip used linens and towels, replace them with fresh ones, and ensure all used items are laundered properly, even in the property of offsite. We can also manage an inventory of linens and towels if needed.

Do you supply your own cleaning products and equipment?

Yes, we bring our own  cleaning products and professional-grade equipment. However, if you have specific products you prefer, we can use those as well.

Can you restock supplies like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels?

Absolutely, we can restock basic supplies as part of our service. We keep track of the inventory and ensure everything is fully stocked for the next guest, also you can order with Instacart and get delivered to the property while we are cleaning at no extra charge or we can go and purchase bulk  supplies for the entire month.

Is the Vacation Property Maids team trained before coming to my rental experienced?

Yes, all team member are fully train and have experience before they are permitted to go on jobs by themselves

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH payments, please note 1 % will applied for ACH, and 3% processing fee applies for credit card payments, VENMO and PayPal.

What is your availability?

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate check-in and check-out times. Our team is available seven days a week, including holidays.

How much notice do you need for a booking?

Ideally, we prefer at least 12 hours’ notice, but we can accommodate last-minute requests depending on our availability (with an extra fee of $75).

How do you handle keys and access to the property?

We have secure procedures for handling keys, including coded lockboxes or secure key exchanges. We also respect any specific access instructions provided by property managers or owners.

How do you ensure quality service?

Our team follows a detailed cleaning checklist and undergoes regular training to meet high standards. We welcome your feedback to ensure satisfaction.

What happens if my vacation rental cleaning falls on a statutory holiday?

We do clean even if it is a Holiday or Sunday!

Please note that a holiday fee of $50 will be applied for scheduling a vacation rental cleaning on a holiday date.

What happens if something is not cleaned to our satisfaction?

All our services are guaranteed. We do this because we make quality the priority.

Please call our office within 24 hrs if you are not 100% satisfied. The cleaning crew will go back to your home to correct the situation.

Will I have the same cleaner every time?

We strive to provide consistent service, but schedules may require changes. Rest assured, all team members are trained and background-checked.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 5 hours in advance will be charge 50% of the service fee.

Are there any extra fees?

Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or last-minute requests. We’ll communicate any extra charges upfront.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. Vacation Property  Maids operates as a referral agency,  we maintain General Liability insurance and Workers Compensation for our business operations. In addition, we require every independent cleaner we refer to carry their own general liability and workers compensation insurance, ensuring peace of mind for our clients.

What happens if something is missing or broken?

We’re committed to transparency and care. If our cleaners notice something broken or out of place during the cleaning, they’ll always report it right away. We take great pride in treating every property with respect and attention to detail.

If you discover something broken after the cleaning, please let us know as soon as possible so we can review the situation together. We’ll evaluate the circumstances based on the information available and the conditions of service, always aiming for a fair and reasonable resolution for everyone involved.
